Scan Using the Control Panel

b Click the Scan to Net Settings button. The Web Based Management window will appear.
c Select Network Device 1 or Network Device 2 which you want to assign the Scan to FTP feature.
NOTE
•The Network Device 1 settings will be applied to on the Control Panel of the machine.
•The Network Device 2 settings will be applied to on the Control Panel of the machine.
d Select Scan to FTP from the Type drop-down list for your selected device in c.
e Select a profile name from the Destination drop-down list for your selected device in c.
f Click Submit.
g Load your document.
h Press or which you have assigned the Scan to FTP feature. When the connection to the
FTP server is successful the machine starts the scanning process.
i Press . The machine starts scanning.
