Answering system operation
Changing feature options
When the answering system is on, you can customize
how the system operates. Press and hold TAS SETUP to
begin, then press repeatedly to hear each feature. Press
SKIP or REPEAT to change the setting of any fea-
ture. Or press PLAY/STOP to exit.

new messages/memos; otherwise,
it answers after six rings).
When on, the telephone beeps
every 15 seconds when you have
new messages.
Follow the prompts to enter a
three-digit number (must be
between 500 and 999).
